For twenty-five years I’ve worked with senior leaders and teams across Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations, helping them close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

If you are here, something is shifting in your life or your work, and you are wondering whether coaching is what you need.
I started in IT. I ended up coaching CEOs. Everything in between gave me something I bring into every coaching conversation.
I have spent 25+ years doing the real work of leadership. I have sat in rooms where difficult decisions were made, driven large-scale transformation, and felt the weight of carrying a team through uncertainty. I coach from that experience, not from a textbook.
I know what it feels like to be the only one in the room who sees things differently. I know what it costs to stay silent when you have something to say. And I know what becomes possible when someone finally gives you the space, and the support, to grow into who you are actually capable of being.
I don’t believe in coaching that stays comfortable. I believe in asking the questions that unlock something real, holding you accountable to what you’ve committed to, and walking alongside you through the work that actually changes things. Because insight without action isn’t transformation. It’s just a good conversation.
That is why I coach — because I know what it costs to lead without support, and what becomes possible when you have the right person in your corner.
I would be honored to be that person for you.
With warmth,
“Insight without action isn’t transformation. It’s just a good conversation.”
I came to coaching through change. Twenty-five years of leading transformation — the kind that reshapes how organizations operate, and the kind that reshapes the people inside them — taught me that change isn’t a project plan you execute. It’s a practice you build, one decision at a time.
Structured methodology matters. So does the conversation that happens in the chair across from a leader who is figuring out what to do next. The first gives you a map. The second is where the actual work lives.
Every engagement is individually crafted. Choose the format that fits where you are — and where you want to go.
For leaders who want consistent access to coaching, tools, and support — without the commitment of a full program. Stay focused, accountable, and moving forward.
